We ship worldwide. All packages are insured with a tracking number at a flat rate listed below:
Germany 7€ - DHL
Rest of EU 15€ - DHL
Outside of the EU 32€ - DHL

RETURNS:
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery to haram.store@hotmail.com. Please outline your name, order number and returning item(s) in the email. Once the return request is open, the item(s) must be sent to us immediately.
For the return to be accepted, the item(s) must be:
- In its original condition; unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged. Undergarments/briefs are non-refundable.
- No missing accessories such as belts, straps, laces, or logo pendant.
- Original tags, garment bags and/or product packaging intact.
- Posted in the box package in which it was received, or an equally secure outer box.
- Items that were purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for return.
- We do not accept in-person returns.
For all customers, returns are organised and paid for by the customer. HARAM is not liable for the return package, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
Please include your name and order # in the shipment.
